  1. In ArcGIS Pro, in the Catalog Pane, right click on the Folders and choose "Add folder connection." Navigate to O:\Cataloged\Local\HarrisHouston\CityOfHouston then choose COHGIS_2009 and add it as a new folder connection.
  2. In the Catalog Pane, expand the folder connection COHGIS_2009 and expand the Pavement.gdb.
  3. Drag the file Pavement to your map window.
