  1. Click on New Items, and then click on Meeting.
  2. Add in the Required Attendees, Location, and type your message.
  3. Click on the Scheduling Assistant tab

  4. You can either locate a meeting time that suits everyone’s availability manually (drag the vertical blue bars), or you can click the AutoPick button, and it will automatically identify the soonest available time.

  5. Click the Send button to send out the meeting invitation when done.
