- Click on the following link to download the Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook, https://zoom.us/download.
- Once the download is complete, run the downloaded MSI file and follow the install wizard to complete the installation. You will need to restart Outlook before using the Zoom plugin.
- Once Outlook has been restarted, you should see the Zoom tools in the ribbon.
- Click on Schedule a Meeting, if you want to add Zoom meeting information in a meeting invite.
- Click on Advanced Options to check or uncheck options such as adding the Zoom meeting link in the Location field, or adding the Zoom meeting information above existing text.
