Shadow titles when the entire reels are affected with the vinegar syndrome. On the extended information section, make a staff note on the first item record that has been shadowed, by whom and the current date.

Delete item records for affected reels only if partial holdings have the vinegar syndrome. On the extended information section, make a staff note on the first item record the reels that have been deleted, by whom and the current date.
