In Outlook, click on Tools. Please make sure you are using Legacy Outlook mode.
Click on Export.
Select all that apply and click Continue

Check the items you want to export and choose Continue.
Enter the file name, select the path location to save the file, and click Save.
Click Finish.
You will find the file on the desktop.
