- In the Outlook desktop client, click on File, and then Office Account on the left hand side menu.
- Under the User Information section, click Sign out, and keep signing out of all accounts logged in (if any), until you see the Sign in link.
- Click Sign in, and login in using the netid@rice.edu username format, and your netID password.
- Close Outlook, and reopen Outlook.
