**Note** - To access email via Outlook Web App (OWA), go to https://outlook.com and sign in using your Netid@rice.edu email address and netid password.
- Forwarding email from Microsoft 365/Exchange Online to another email account will no longer be allowed or supported.
- You can configure another account such as Google Mail to check your Rice email.
- If you have previously setup your mobile devices to access email prior to the Microsoft 365 migration, you will need to remove the Email account and add a new email account. Instructions on how to add a new account can be found here.

- After the migration, you will see a Microsoft sign in prompt when you open Outlook.
- Click Sign in with another account.
- Enter NetID@rice.edu and click Next.
- Select Work or school account if prompted.
- Enter your Netid Password and click Sign in.
