Using the RT Search Query Builder function you can search tickets for using a date range. This makes it easy to search for
tickets in within the last week, month etc.
Instead of searching by "Created Before" or "Created After" and a specific date, specify search relative to Today, with a date range with a : " > '-number of days' "
For a queue name, resolved, in the last 15 days:
