1. Open the Zoom Workplace Desktop App. 
2. On the Home tab, click Connect Now.
   
   
3. Click Connect next to Microsoft 365.
   
   
4. Click Next.
   
   
5. Click Authorize.
   
   
6. Enter your netid@rice.edu email address, then click Next.
   
   
7. Enter your netid password, then click Sign in.
   
   
8. You will be prompted for DUO authentication.
