1. Make an account.
2. Go to https://www.esri.com/training/. You should already be logged in. If not, go to the upper right corner and click sign in. Type in 'ricegis' for the organizational URL and sign in with your netID and netID password.
3. From there, you can search for any training course you want! GIS Fundamentals is a good learning plan for beginners.
