Habanero-Scala brings the async-finish programming model to Scala.
This includes lightweight task creation and synchronization. Constructs such as Phasers, Accumulators, Futures, Data-Driven Futures are also supported. Habanero-Scala also includes implementations of the Actor model using the async-finish model and the Habanero runtime. To get started with Habanero-Scala, see the installation instructions.
