Can't Print?  

Here are some helpful tips!

1. Check network connection - make sure you are connected to the Rice Owls network (not Rice Visitors).
2. Check print credits – do you have enough print credits?  Click here to check your print balance online.  Enter your netid and password when prompted.
3. Authenticate to printers– is your printer offline?
   
   • Click the Start Menu.
   • Type “\\jgsps2.ad.rice.edu ”  without the quotes in the Search Bar and press Enter.
   • Enter “adrice\netid” without the quotes in the username field and your Rice password in the password field.  NetID is your personally assigned Rice username.
   • Place a check in the box marked Remember My Credentials, then click OK.
