With the recent upgrade to our wireless infrastructure at Jones Graduate School of Business, there may be an instance where you cannot connect to Rice Owls or Rice Visitors.  Please try the following steps.  If you are still unsuccessful, feel free to submit a ticket or come by Suite 308 in McNair Hall for support.

1. On the search bar, type device manager.  Click to launch Device Manager.
   
   
   
   
2. Expand Network Adapters, and double-click Intel (R)Wi-Fi.
   
   
   
   
3. Go to the Advanced tab.  Select 802.11n/ac/ax Wireless Mode under Property, choose 802.11ac, then click OK.
