1. In the search box on the taskbar, type control panel, and then select Control Panel.



  2. Switch to the Small icons view if necessary, then click the Mail App. 



  3. Click on Email Accounts...


  4. Click New.



  5. Select Manual Setup or additional server types, then click Next.



  6. Select POP or IMAP, then click Next.
  7. Perform the following on this screen.
  8. Go to the Outgoing Server tab, check the box next to My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

  9. Go to the Advanced tab:
  10. Click Next.
  11. Click Close.
  12. Click Finish.



  13. Click Close.



  14. Click Close.

  15. Setup complete.  Launch Outlook to check your mail.
