Step 1: Launch your Outlook 2013 client.
Step 2: In the upper left hand side of the window find the "Junk" icon under the Home tab.
Step 3: Click on the dropdown arrow and select " Junk E-mail Options.."
Step 4: Select either Low or High for filtering out the junk email, then click OK.
