- Go to the Folder Menu in Outlook.
- In the New group, select New Search Folder.

- From the Select a Search Folder list, scroll down to the bottom and then click Create a Custom Search Folder. Click Choose.

- Type a name for your custom search folder, then click Criteria...

- Click More Choices, select categories as picture below, then click OK.

- Click OK to close each open dialog box.
- You will find the folder you just created under Search Folders in the left-hand side of Outlook.

- Select the emails and move to your archive folder.
