Step 1 - Sign in to the Zoom Desktop client. See instructions: Zoom | How to Login to Zoom Desktop Client
Step 2 - From the menu, Left-click your profile picture in the upper-right corner to display a drop-down menu, select Check for Updates

Step 3 - If an update is available, select Update.
