Step 1 - From a web browser, navigate to https://mynetid.rice.edu/
Step 2 - Select Forgot Password?
Step 3 - Enter your Rice NetID in the submission field, use the drop-down menus to enter your birthday, then select Submit.
Step 4 - Use the radio buttons on the left to select your preferred method of contact, then select Submit.
Step 5 - A temporary password will be sent to your chosen contact method, select Next.
Step 6 - Enter your NetID and temporary password in the submission fields, then select Submit.
Step 7 - Enter a new NetID password into both submission fields, then select Submit.
