1. Navigate to the Rice University ArcGIS Online website at: https://ricegis.maps.arcgis.com
  2. Click Rice University.
  3. Enter your netid credentials.
  4. In the Terms of Use window, click OK. You have now created an organizational ArcGIS Online account with the username netid_ricegis.
  5. Access the Business Analyst Web App by navigating to https://bao.arcgis.com/esriBAO/index.html#
  6. On the 'Sign in with' page, click 'Your ArcGIS organization's URL'.



  7. Type "ricegis" into URL parameter.



  8. Click Continue.
  9. Select Rice University.



  10. Select OK in the 'Terms of Use' window.
  11. Sign in with netid credentials (it may automatically sign you in).
