This tutorial describes how to read an RSS feed, using the Google Reader application as an example feed aggregator. A similar procedure should work for other feed aggregators as well. To create an RSS feed in docs.rice.edu, follow the RSS instructions in IT Tutorials.
First, click on the provided link to the generated RSS feed:
Next, copy the address of the feed:
Next, log on to Google Reader (http://www.google.com/reader). If you do not already have a Google account, sign up for one now. On the Google reader home page, click on "Add subscription":
Finally, paste the address and click "Add":
