Configuring the Jones School Student Printers for Windows 10

You must be on campus to complete these steps.

1. Press the Windows logo key‌ + R.
2. Type \\jgsps2 and press Enter.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter "adrice\NetID" in the username field (replacing "NetID" with your personally assigned Rice username) and enter your Rice password in the password field.  Place a check in the box marked Remember My Credentials, then click OK.
   
   
   
   
4. Double-click the printer labeled 163H4015.
   
   
   
   
5. When the queue for 163H4015 pops up, you may close it with the "X"
   
   
   
   
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the remaining printers marked below.
   
   
7. When finished, close all of the printer status boxes that have popped open.
