Step 1 - Sign in to the Outlook Web Access portal (https://outlook.office.com) using your Netid@rice.edu email address and Netid password.

Step 2 - Click the Gear icon to open the Settings menu.

 

Step 3 - Select 'View all Outlook settings' near the bottom of the menu.

 

Step 4 - Open the 'General' tab, then select 'Mobile devices'.

 

Step 5 - Select the mobile device you intend to wipe, then click the 'Wipe all data' icon.
