- Open Outlook
- Click on the File tab and select Automatic Replies
- Select Send automatic replies. Enter your auto reply message. If desired, check the box next to Only send during this time range: and set your start and end times.
- Optionally, if you would like auto replies to be sent to people outside your organization, select the Outside My Organization tab, check the box next to Auto-reply to people outside my organization, then type the response you want to send while you are out of the office. Click OK.
