Please follow the steps below to configure your laptop to access the Jones School resources. You must be on campus to complete Step 1 & 2. You can go to Step 3 to configure Outlook from off-campus if you have access to the internet.*

- Step 3: Configure MS Outlook to Access Your Rice E-mail
- Step 4: Install Decision Tools
- Step 5: Install SPSS

- forward your Exchange email to another account via I.E. (For MBAs and PMBAs only)
- connect your PDAs/Smartphones to sync with Exchange (For MBAs and PMBAs only)
- forward your RiceMail to another account (For EMBAs only)
- configure DSPAM to reduce SPAM
- archive Outlook to reduce mail quota in use
