Assuming that the client has been setup as the "owner" of a an organization or departmental
account in apply.rice.edu, they may change it's password at anytime by following these
instructions for Individual Accounts (unlinked accounts)

a

list

of

ALL

the

accounts

you

own. Under the Section "Individual Accounts":

ONLY

change

the

unique

password

for

the

account

you

selected. Under "NetID Account":

SHARE

which

will

cause

that

password

to

be

synchronized


to

all

your

NetID

accounts.

changes

If you need to CHANGE ACCOUNT ownership

If the client is not the current owner of a an ORGANIZATION or DEPARTMENTAL account, but
should be, submit an RT ticket requesting that ownership be changed, and CC the current
owner of the account, if known, for verification and approval to transfer ownership.
