The Office of Information Technology (OIT) recommends that you use Microsoft Outlook app to access your Microsoft 365 Email & Calendar.  The Outlook app was designed to work with Microsoft 365 and provides more features and functionality than the native Android email and calendar applications.

Step 1 - Download the Microsoft Outlook Download the 'Microsoft Outlook for Android' app from the Google Play Store by searching for ‘Microsoft Outlook’, then select 'Install'.

Step 2 - Select '  Select Open' after the installation has completed.

Step 3 -  Select 'Select Get Started'.

Step 4 - The application app may detect other email accounts on the device.  To add additional email accounts , choose the account/s to add, then select 'Add Account' (Optional).

To skip this step, select 'Skip'.  If multiple email accounts are detected, de-select deselect the accounts by unchecking followed by selecting 'Skip'., then select Skip.

Step 5 - Enter your NetID  Enter your NetID@rice.edu email address, then select 'Continue'.

Step 6 - Enter your NetID password, then select 'Sign In'.
