  1. On the Main menu, select Select By Location….
  2. For ‘Input Feature Layer’, use the drop-down menu to select Flowline.
  3. For ‘Relationship’, use the drop-down menu to select have  "Have their center in".
  4. For ‘Selecting Features’, check the Subbasin layers.
