- Click on the Apple.
- Click on About this Mac.
- Click More Info.
- Click Network.
- In the top panel choose the appropriate device (AirPort if a wireless problem or Ethernet for a wired problem).
- In the bottom panel, scroll down to MAC Address.
- Copy the MAC address and paste the text into a reply to your ticket. If you do not already have a ticket open, please e-mail the copied text to the helpdesk@rice.edu.
iPhone or iPod Touch
- From the home screen, go to Settings.
- Select General.
- Select About.
- Copy the MAC address from Wi-Fi Address into a reply to your ticket. If you do not already have a ticket open, please e-mail the copied text to the helpdesk@rice.edu.
