Cytometer Maintenance | David Z/Bárbara | Maintain cytometer. Run full clean once per week. |
Gas Inventory/Ordering | Sara | Check gas cylinders, order new ones when necessary |
Autoclaving | David S. | Autoclave washed glassware and tips. Refill and autoclave microfuge tube bins |
Gel Area Clean-up | Sara | Clean gel area, dispose of dried gels, put down new bench cover as needed, make new premixed ladder, make new 50X TAE |
Weigh Area Clean-up | Sara | Clean weigh area, check supplies (weigh paper and boats) |
