Beginning next week, training will be available for the Zabbix monitoring software that is replacing Naggios. This application fits well within the ITIL framework and provides monitoring, trending, notification and KPI tracking in a distributed and flexible format. There will be 2 training classes that will provide you with sufficient understanding of the product to provision, configure and manage systems, printers, network gear, and most network attached systems. If you would like to learn about SNMP, agent based monitoring, automated notification, trend analysis, and Key Performance Indicator based monitoring this is your opportunity. Classes seating is limited and we will provide a variety of time slots in 2 hour tracts. Please respond back to me via email to reserve a time seat in the time slots below.
