Click here if you are using the old Outlook version
In the New Outlook, shared mailbox should appear under the "Shared with me" folder.
If the mailbox doesn't appear after expanding the Shared with me folder, please follow the instructions below to add the shared mailbox.
- Right-click on the account name or the Shared with me folder on the left pane, then choose Add shared folder or mailbox.
- Type the name of the mailbox and click Add.
