If you did not see the Microsoft sign-in prompt when you opened Outlook after your email was migrated to Microsoft 365 Exchange , please follow the steps below.


  1. In the Outlook desktop client, click on File, and then Office Account on the left hand side menu.
  2.  Under the User Information section, click Sign out, and keep signing out of all accounts logged in (if any), until you see the Sign in link.



     
  3. Click Sign in, and login in using the netid@rice.edu username format, and your netID password






  4.  Close Outlook, and reopen Outlook.
