1. Open Outlook
  2. Click on the File tab and select Automatic Replies

  3. Select Send automatic replies.  Enter your auto reply message.  If desired, check the box next to Only send during this time range:  and set your start and end times.



  4. Optionally, if you would like auto replies to be sent to people outside your organization, select the Outside My Organization tab, check the box next to Auto-reply to people outside my organization, then type the response you want to send while you are out of the office.  Click OK.
