1. 1  Ordering & prePre-catalogingCataloging

Continue to verify series against established standing orders as usual.  If If an analytical call number is present in the record, consult with Senior Copy Cataloging Manager.  Do Original Cataloger. Do check 490 0 if that’s the only series statement found in the record.  Keyword Keyword searching is recommended for this task.

12. 2  LC copy Copy Cataloging

Any 490 0 in the LC records will be accepted as is; correct only typographical errors.  If If an analytical call number is present in the record, give title to Senior Copy Cataloging Manager.

2.  SENIOR COPY CATALOGERS
