Jane Segal will bring a truck of Leisure Books a few times a year to be returned to vendor. The records are deleted from the catalog (not just withdrawn) and the books go to Mike Vessels to be shipped back to vendor. Do not count in the Withdrawn statistics.
12. Delete leading articles in titles
Usually series titles or added titles, or 740 – "The, A, An, Die, Der, Das, El, Los, La, Le," etc. Very low priority.
13. Correct misspellings and typos
When brought to my attention by CD staff, or when I have time to work on words that are often misspelled.
14. Government Documents barcode linking
Most of the documents were barcoded in a prior project, but records were not found for many of them. There is one large batch of barcode sheets to be linked to a record in SIRSI. Several pages have been linked, many more have not been. This can be worked on a few pages at a time.
15. Government Documents Microfilm project
DBM staff barcoded and linked earlier microfilm reels, but until recently new microfilms weren't being barcoded. There is a gap between 2005 and 2010 that may still need to be linked.
