Step 1 - From a web browser, navigate to https://mynetid.rice.edu/
Step 2 - Enter your NetID followed by NetID password, then select Sign In.
Step 3 - Select Send Me a Push to push a notification to an iPhone/Android with our Duo 2 Factor Authentication app. For more info about Duo, please see: https://kb.rice.edu/78235
Step 4 - Select Approve to confirm your identity.
Step 5 – Select Change your account passwords.
Step 6 - Select the radio button displayed next to NetID Password to update your Rice NetID password.
Step 7 - Enter your new password in both submission fields, then select Submit.
Please allow 15 minutes for the new password to take effect before signing into any Rice services.
