  1. The DVD-ROM is separated from the book and barcoded. (The DVD-ROM cannot be copied) The book gets a print-out of the bibliographic record with the 590 note highlighted. (Note reads, "DVD-ROM at Circulation Desk) The DVD-ROM gets its 'Home location' at the top of the call number and "DVD-ROM" written at the bottom of the call number.

    "If you have a book or serial with an accompanying CD or DVD, please hold as we are changing the policy and procedures for these materials after meeting with Sandi Edwards and Sue Garrison.  We will be updating the CATMAN next week and will have a review of the new policy and procedure after the new year."
