The DVD-ROM is separated from the book and barcoded. (The DVD-ROM cannot be copied) The book gets a print-out of the bibliographic record with the 590 note highlighted. (Note reads, "DVD-ROM at Circulation Desk) The DVD-ROM gets its 'Home location' at the top of the call number and "DVD-ROM" written at the bottom of the call number.
"If you have a book or serial with an accompanying CD or DVD, please hold as we are changing the policy and procedures for these materials after meeting with Sandi Edwards and Sue Garrison.
