This is an oversize 44 cm. loose-leaf portfolio. Each piece gets the call number written on the upper left-hand side to keep the pieces from getting lost. A piggy-back barcode is placed on a flag with a note, "Please make case for portfolio." OVERSIZE written on top of the call number, each piece gets numbered below the call number and the word "Portfolio" in the bottom of the call number, then send to binding after cataloging is done to create a case for the portfolio. (In this case, the selector wanted to restrict this item, so "OVERSIZE-R" was used for 'type', and "Library Use Only" was written on the bottom of the call number for every piece- not shown in the photographs)
