A printed guide that fits inside the case and can be circulated with the video has the call number and control number penciled on and is reflected in the piece count. A guide that is separate from the videorecording or is for more than one videorecording has a separate item record and barcode (for details see Video recording with a printed guide in Mixed Media, Section IV, Chapter A).
After processing is complete place videorecordings on the appropriate shelf near the Marking Table.
