If an edition of a work (1) is bound both separately and in a bound with, or (2) is bound in two different bound withs, only one copy of the bibliographic record will be added to our catalog. A “With” note or notes will give details as to other titles with which each copy is bound. Item records with the appropriate call number will be created for each call number in which that work is found.
