There are a number of special procedures for various materials in the Art collection of the Brown Fine Arts Library.
Serials
All serial publications shelved in ART locations are given the item type SERIAL, regardless of how often they are issued (this is in contrast to the general policy of giving this item type only to titles issued three or more times a year).
